When we have established, as best we can, what you are looking for, we will contact international and local agencies most of whom we have been working with for many years. We will choose and visit properties within your criteria on your behalf, and you will then only have to visit suitable properties when you are here.

When you fall in love with your future home we will negotiate the price on your behalf and to your advantage. We will then "hold your hand" as much as necessary and advise on a notaire, surveyors, mortgage lenders, lawyers etc.

And this specialised service costs you nothing extra at all.

Property Management

Many of our clients are buying a holiday home and are, unsurprisingly, a little worried about the management of their new investment. Worry not, we will ensure that everything runs smoothly so that you are able to enjoy your holidays without worrying about maintenance problems.
